IRL F95 F96 X5M X6M S63 MaxFlow Catted Downpipes

IRL Performance MaxFlow Downpipes – BMW X5 M / X6 M (F95 / F96) | S63 Engine

Unlock the performance potential of your BMW X5 M or X6 M with the IRL Performance MaxFlow Downpipes, engineered for the S63 twin-turbocharged V8 engine. Designed with performance, exhaust flow, and precision fitment in mind, the IRL MaxFlow series delivers an upgraded exhaust path for enthusiasts looking to maximize their vehicle’s potential.

Available in 200-cell and 400-cell configurations, the MaxFlow Downpipes offer two options to suit different performance goals, from a more aggressive, performance-focused setup to a higher-cell-count configuration designed to retain more exhaust filtration.

Key Features

• Engineered for the S63: Designed for the BMW F95 X5 M and F96 X6 M applications.
• Two Catalyst Options: Choose between 200-cell and 400-cell configurations to match your build and driving preferences.
• High-Flow Design: Optimized to improve exhaust gas flow compared with restrictive factory-style catalyst configurations.
• Performance-Focused Construction: Developed with an emphasis on flow efficiency, durability, and real-world performance.
• Direct-Application Design: Engineered specifically for the intended vehicle platform; verify model year and configuration before ordering.
• IRL Performance Development: Built around our philosophy of prioritizing engineering, product development, and real-world performance over marketing claims.

Choose Your Configuration

IRL MaxFlow 200-Cell Downpipes

Designed for enthusiasts seeking a more performance-oriented catalytic downpipe configuration. The 200-cell design prioritizes exhaust flow while retaining catalytic elements. Check-engine lights may occur depending on vehicle configuration, ECU software, and calibration.

IRL MaxFlow 400-Cell Downpipes

Designed for enthusiasts looking for a higher-cell-count catalytic configuration while upgrading exhaust flow. Catalyst performance and emissions compliance depend on the specific product certification and application. A 400-cell configuration does not automatically guarantee a check-engine-light-free installation.

Compatibility
