Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with IRL LLC ("IRL LLC," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to contact us directly regarding any issue with your order, billing, shipping, product, warranty, cancellation, or refund before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim through your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to initiate any false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith payment dispute or chargeback. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Claiming a transaction was unauthorized when you placed or approved the order.

• Claiming an item was not received when shipment tracking or delivery records confirm delivery.

• Claiming a product was not as described when the product description, specifications, photographs, fitment information, lead times, off-road-use disclosures, emissions notices, or other material terms were disclosed before purchase.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel or eliminate your payment obligations to IRL LLC. If you receive a product, service, replacement part, store credit, custom or special-order item, or any other benefit from IRL LLC and also obtain a refund, reversal, credit, or chargeback through a financial institution or payment processor, you remain responsible for all unpaid amounts owed to IRL LLC, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

IRL LLC reserves the right to respond to any payment dispute or chargeback by providing all relevant evidence, including but not limited to:

• Order records

• Checkout acknowledgments

• Billing and shipping information

• IP address and device information

• Customer communications

• Shipment tracking and delivery confirmation

• Pickup records

• Product descriptions and photographs

• Fitment and installation information

• Signed documents

• Published policies and other relevant records

If IRL LLC determines that a payment dispute or chargeback was initiated falsely, fraudulently, abusively, misleadingly, or in bad faith, IRL LLC reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law, including recovery of:

• Unpaid purchase amounts

• Shipping and return shipping costs

• Chargeback and payment processor fees

• Collection costs

• Court costs

• Reasonable attorneys' fees where permitted by law or contract

• Any other actual damages incurred

IRL LLC also reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit future orders from any customer who submits a false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith payment dispute or chargeback.

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any non-waivable consumer rights provided under applicable law. Legitimate billing errors, unauthorized transactions, warranty claims, valid refund rights, and other legal consumer protections will be handled in accordance with applicable law and IRL LLC's published policies.

Safety, Installation, Racing Use & Legal Compliance

Products sold by IRL LLC are high-performance aftermarket automotive components intended primarily for off-road, racing, competition, exhibition, or closed-course use unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

IRL LLC does not represent or warrant that any product is legal for use on public highways or emissions-controlled vehicles unless the product is specifically identified in writing as emissions compliant, street legal, or covered by a valid California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order or other applicable regulatory approval.

It is your responsibility to determine whether any product complies with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, including emissions regulations, inspection requirements, registration requirements, and highway-use restrictions. IRL LLC has no control over how any product is installed, modified, tuned, transported, registered, inspected, or used after purchase.

The installation and use of aftermarket performance products involves significant risk, including but not limited to:

• Emissions-law violations

• Failed inspections

• Fines and penalties

• Vehicle impoundment

• Manufacturer warranty denial

• Engine, turbocharger, or drivetrain damage

• Overheating

• Fire

• Loss of vehicle control

• Serious bodily injury

• Death

All products should be installed by a qualified automotive professional using proper tools, equipment, and vehicle-specific procedures. Improper installation, modification, misuse, racing, aggressive driving, improper tuning, overheating, inadequate maintenance, or use outside the intended application may result in product failure, vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.

By purchasing, possessing, installing, or using any product sold by IRL LLC, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with aftermarket automotive modifications and high-performance vehicle operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRL LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from or relating to the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use any product. This includes, without limitation:

• Vehicle or property damage

• Labor costs

• Towing or storage fees

• Lost income or profits

• Inspection failures

• Emissions violations

• Registration issues

• Warranty denials

• Personal injury

• Death

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IRL LLC and its owners, officers, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, distributors, dealers, suppliers, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, regulatory actions, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to your purchase, installation, modification, resale, transportation, registration, inspection, possession, or use of any product sold by IRL LLC.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, possess, install, resell, or use products sold by IRL LLC.
