IRL LLC Limited Lifetime Warranty

At IRL LLC, we are committed to producing high quality performance products and standing behind everything we sell. All IRL LLC branded products are backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

Limited Lifetime Warranty
IRL LLC warrants its exhaust systems, downpipes, midpipes, intake components, and other IRL branded products to be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, exclusively for the original purchaser.

Exhaust Valve Warranty
Electronic and vacuum-operated exhaust valves are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty coverage:

• The product must have been purchased new from IRL LLC or an authorized IRL dealer.
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects resulting from:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Faulty workmanship under normal operating conditions

At IRL LLC’s sole discretion, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged with the same or an equivalent product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Vehicle collisions or road debris
• Modifications or alterations to the product
• Improper maintenance
• Cosmetic discoloration, heat staining, or normal wear and tear
• Labor charges for installation or removal
• Shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise approved

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact IRL LLC before returning any product.

To initiate a warranty claim, provide:

• Original proof of purchase
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect
• Vehicle year, make, model, and modifications

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products sold by IRL LLC may be manufactured by third party brands. These products are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty claims for third-party products must be submitted directly through the original manufacturer or vendor in accordance with their warranty policies.

Limitation of Liability

IRL LLC’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products. IRL LLC shall not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, vehicle downtime, towing expenses, loss of use, or any other related costs.

IRL LLC reserves the right to inspect any product before determining warranty eligibility. Warranty coverage may be denied if inspection determines the failure resulted from conditions excluded under this policy.
