Returns & Cancellations

All returns & cancellations are up to the sole discretion of IRL LLC. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the placed order. In the event the order has been packaged, and a tracking number has been created a cancellation will not be allowed. Special order items cannot be canceled at any time once the order is processed.  A 20% restocking fee may be applicable on all authorized returns and canceled orders (special or otherwise, shipped or unshipped) in addition to any original shipping fees. All Apparel sales are final. Made-to-order, Special order, Clearance items, or Open Box parts are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return. The Customer will be responsible for all Return shipping fees.
